I came up through the frontline at inDrive, so I’ve felt exactly where time and money leak out of manual work. Now I design the automation that plugs those leaks — and I lead the people who run it, because automation only sticks when the team actually trusts it.
The proof
Where the manual work lived
inDrive’s first employee in the Moroccan market — one person, every case handled by hand. I learned firsthand exactly how much time and money repetitive, manual work quietly drains. That’s the problem I’ve been automating against ever since.
Turning fixes into repeatable systems
As volume grew, solving cases one by one stopped scaling. So I started encoding the solutions — macros, SOPs, standardized workflows — so the right answer happened without me in the loop. My first real taste of automation thinking.
Leading people through better process
Running a team taught me automation only sticks when people trust it. So I led by removing the busywork they hated — not by piling on rules — while owning the SLA and CSAT numbers and standardizing how the work got done.
Automation as the whole job
Now the mandate is explicit: find the manual, expensive work and make it disappear. I partner with Product and Engineering to design automation that cuts handling time and cost, then measure the impact with KPIs and iterate — COPC-aligned and documented.
